Upon termination of services, we will cease processing and delete your data in accordance with Meta Platform Terms.

• Right to Opposition (Oposicion): Object to processing of your personal data
• Right to data portability: Request your data in a structured, machine-readable format
• Right to withdraw consent: Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent
• Right to lodge a complaint: File a complaint with the Autoridad Nacional de Transparencia y Acceso a la Informacion (ANTAI) of Panama, or any other applicable supervisory authority

9. Data Security

Our platform receives and processes data from Meta platforms, including WhatsApp and Facebook. Our data processing practices comply with Meta's Platform Terms, Developer Data Use Policy, and WhatsApp Business Policy. This Privacy Policy does not contradict, modify, or provide protections less stringent than those required by Meta's Platform Terms regarding user data.
