Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how you can request the deletion of your personal data from DETA's platform and services at detahub.com. We process data deletion requests in accordance with Ley 81 de 26 de marzo de 2019 sobre Proteccion de Datos Personales de la Republica de Panama, as well as GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable data protection regulations.

1. What Data We Hold

Depending on how you have interacted with our platform, we may hold the following data about you:
• WhatsApp phone number and WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) information
• Message content, metadata, and delivery records
• Business profile information and message templates
• Contact information (name, phone number, email)
• OAuth tokens and access credentials
• Usage analytics and platform interaction logs
• Any data received from Meta platforms through WhatsApp Cloud API, Facebook Login, or Embedded Signup

2. How to Request Data Deletion

To request the deletion of your personal data, follow these steps:
Step 1: Send an email to socials@detahub.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request"
Step 2: In the body of the email, include:
• Your full name or business name
• The email address associated with your account
• The WhatsApp phone number associated with your account (if applicable)
• A description of the data you want deleted (or state "all data")
Step 3: We will acknowledge your request within 5 business days
Step 4: Your data will be deleted within 30 calendar days of confirmation
You may also exercise your ARCO rights (Access, Rectification, Cancellation, Opposition) as provided by Articles 18-22 of Ley 81 de 2019 using the same process.

3. What Gets Deleted

Upon processing your deletion request, the following data will be permanently removed from our systems:
• Your account and profile information
• Message history and delivery records stored on our platform
• Contact information and business data
• OAuth tokens and access credentials
• Usage logs and analytics data associated with your account
• Any data received from Meta platforms related to your account
Please note: Some data may be retained if required by law, regulatory obligations, or for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims. We will inform you if any data must be retained and the reason for retention.

4. Timeline

• Acknowledgment of request: Within 5 business days
• Data deletion completed: Within 30 calendar days of confirmation
• Confirmation of deletion: You will receive an email confirming that your data has been deleted

5. Facebook / Meta Data Deletion

If you connected to our services through Facebook Login or another Meta product, you can also manage your data through your Facebook Settings:
1. Go to Facebook Settings and Privacy, then Settings
2. Click on Apps and Websites
3. Find DETA and click Remove
4. This will revoke our access to your Facebook data
For complete deletion of data already processed through our platform, please also submit a deletion request via email as described above.
